Of special interest to the Journal are papers that covered the field of unique buildings and unique structures and based on engineering mechanics, structural mechanics, mechanics of materials, soil mechanics, fluid mechanics, construction chemicals. The journal charges a fee of 18,000 rubles, including value added tax, from authors for preparing, reviewing and publishing articles in the public domain. No fee is charged if the author is a full-time graduate student or if the author or co-author is a member of the editorial board of the journal. The publisher and the founder cover all expenses of the journal.
